Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit.

Returns eligibility:

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

  • Certain products (e.g., perishable goods, custom orders, gift cards, or downloadable products) are not eligible for return.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

How to return an item:

  1. Contact us with your order details to request a return authorization.

  3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or issue store credit within 5–7 business days.

Refunds:
Refunds will be made to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
